If you reinstall Camera Plus Pro, switch to a new iPhone, or do not see features you previously purchased, you may need to restore your purchase.
Before You Begin #
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase Camera Plus Pro or any related in-app purchases.
To check your Apple ID:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Confirm the Apple ID shown is the one used for the original purchase.
Restore Purchases in Camera Plus Pro #
- Open Camera Plus Pro.
- Open the purchase, upgrade, or settings screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Wait for the restore process to finish.
- Close and reopen the app if the purchase state does not update immediately.
If the restore is successful, your purchased features should become available again.
If Restore Purchases Does Not Work #
If your purchase is not restored:
- Confirm you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Make sure your device has an internet connection.
- Check that App Store purchases are enabled on your device.
- Restart Camera Plus Pro and try again.
- Restart your iPhone if the issue continues.
Check Your Purchase History #
You can confirm whether the purchase is associated with your Apple ID:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile picture.
- Tap Purchase History.
- Look for Camera Plus Pro or the related in-app purchase.
If the purchase does not appear, it may have been made with a different Apple ID.
Family Sharing Notes #
Some purchases may not be eligible for Family Sharing. If you are using a shared family account, make sure the purchase is available to your Apple ID and device.
When to Contact Support #
Contact support if:
- You see the purchase in your Apple purchase history but it will not restore
- You are signed in with the correct Apple ID
- You have restarted the app and device
- The feature still remains locked
Include the device model, iOS version, app version, and a brief description of what happens when you tap Restore Purchases.
